Essex heating gave me the best service I had in a very long time. Their professional approach and honesty is a big drawing card. They gave me a quote on the Thursday and Friday morning before 8 they were ready to start work. My tenant was very happy with how they did the job and said they left it cleaner than how they found it. The price they quoted were good in comparison with others and what they offered were very good. I received a 7 year guarantee on a Worcester Bosch, which is very good peace of mind as a landlord. I will recommend these guys as honest, hard working reliable professional people. I will not use another plumber again.

You arrived on time with ID , and all looked very smart in your appearance rather than late and the just rolled out of bed look. I found you all to be very polite and considerate …….You and your team were very professional and conscientious in not damaging any of my home whilst carrying out the work which is greatly appreciated. And the fact that you cleaned up after yourselves shows what pride you have in your work. When they left (after a comprehensive demonstration of how it all works) you would not have known they had ever been there (except for a hot house and a new boiler). I just wanted to say thank you so very much for fitting my new boiler, I couldn’t believe how toasty my house was and washing up is now a dream! I even have to add cold water to my bath!!!
